How do you deal with your subconscious thought patterns?

Our subconscious is a storehouse of memory, storing all situations, events and reactions, including those that have been repressed or forgotten by the conscious mind.

It can be compared to a computer - the information stored in it is organized and reworked creating a subconscious program that directs our thinking, feeling and behavior.

According to scientists, the subconscious directs us 95% of all the time, which means that we remain conscious for 5%. Don't you believe it? Then think about how much time during the day you spend in the present moment (fully aware of what's going on) and how much time you sit in the past or in the future allowing yourself to be guided by automatically regenerated thoughts?

Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that this program is not really ours - it was built by other people's opinions, beliefs passed on by others, but also by our negative experiences and traumas. The latter twisted the perception of reality and created defense mechanisms that later turned into internal blockages.

Maybe you catch yourself not being able to do something, despite your efforts, or you do something you don't want to do, but it's "stronger than you" or you feel bad and don't know why....

The answer lies in the subconscious...

There are many methods to help change subconscious programs. One of the most effective, in my opinion, is psychokinesiology. This method is called a doorway to the unconscious mind and allows not only to establish direct contact with it, but is also very effective in cutting off old programs and lifting internal blockages.

I also do such sessions online.
